We are under new Park Management.

Enjoy the quiet time away from the highway noise or busy streets. Our community is a combination park with mobile home rentals, efficient rentals, cabins, and RV sites. All are available for nightly, weekly and monthly stays. The cabins and RV sites are located at the water's edge.  As guests you are welcome to fish for free with a catch and release policy.

We are located in town and are serviced by city water and sewer.  We are conveniently located down the street from the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center.

RV sites feature 30 and 50 amp services with full hook ups.  We have back in and pull through sites available.  Enjoy coin operated laundry machines and private single room showers with bathroom facilities. Internet is available and we are upgrading soon to fiber optics.
